Baot ZCG Enamel Powder

Baot ZCG Enamel Powder Dental ceramic divided into two categories:metal-ceramic and zirconia ceramic. They are used to be made for simulation teeth of humans whose ages above 18. After the fire, form the whole or part of a dental restoration or prosthesis.

Composition:-

• Aluminium oxide(Al₂O₃)
• Silicon dioxide (SiO₂)
• Potassium carbonate (K₂CO₃)
• Sodium carbonate (Na₂CO₃)
• Calcium oxide (CaO)
• Zirconium dioxide (ZrO₂).

Storage:-

Do store at the proper temperature or keep out of intense light. Keep the product out of the reach of the children. Package tight closed.

• 1 x 50g Each Bottle

• Build dentine layer mix the enamel powder and the modeling liquid on the glass board.
• Apply enamel to complete the tooth shape, beginning from the middle third of the crown with an extremely thin layer on the surface.
• To compensate for firing shrinkage, the size of the mold must be prepared somewhat larger.
• Finally, put it in a porcelain furnace for firing at approximately 890℃.
