Indications :-

  • Temporary filling of small cavities

Features :-

  • Ideal before adhesive luting with resin cements

Key Specifications :-

  • Store Provicol at temperatures between 4 °C – 23 °C.

Packaging :-

  • 1 x Base 25g Tube
  • 1 x Catalyst 25g Tube

Direction to Use :-

  • Provicol should be used at room temperature (approx. 18 °C – 23 °C). Lower temperatures (use of a cooled glass plate) result in extended working times.
  • The Provicol catalyst and base paste are mixed in a 1 : 1 w/w ratio. For that purpose, put two equal lengths of base and catalyst paste on a mixing pad of strong, non-absorbing material or a glass plate.
  • Then mix the two pastes for approximately 20 s until the material reaches a homogeneous consistency.
  • Use a spatula made of plastic or stainless steel for mixing. To obtain a softer material and to keep Provicol workable for a longer period of time, add a small amount of vaseline.
  • A harder and faster setting material is obtained by adding zinc oxide (temporary sealing).
